Not sure which characters to use in Avatar Realms Collide? Our tier list is here to help you with exactly that. We’ve ranked all of the heroes from S tier (best) to D tier (worst) to help you put together a party strong enough to take on all of the content. We’ll detail exactly what our tiers mean, so you’re not left in the dark, as well as provide a bit of context as to why we’ve ranked each character where.
Avatar Realms Collide Tier List
Now, let’s crack on with our Avatar Realms Collide tier list!
S Tier
These are the absolute best units in the game, and if you unlock one we thoroughly recommend keeping them in your party. They’re staple units and perform well at all stages of the game.
Character | Element | Rarity | Details |
---|---|---|---|
Azula | Fire | Legendary | Azula absolutely decimates her opponents with intense fire damage. |
Bumi | Air | Legendary | Bumi is the best damage dealer out of all of the Air Benders (sorry Aang!) |
A Tier
These units are still powerful, and we recommend using them to fill gaps in your party. Just don’t expect them to quite reach the heights in terms of damage or support with an S tier.
Character | Element | Rarity | Details |
---|---|---|---|
Aang | Air | Legendary | Aang may well have appeared in our S tier if it wasn’t for Bumi. He’s solid and you might well want to keep him in your party, but the upper end of his damage doesn’t quite reach the heights of Bumi. |
Korra | Water | Legendary | Korra has decent healing abilities, so you might need her in more challenging content. Her DPS isn’t great though, so you will lose out there. |
Kyoshi | Earth | Legendary | Kyoshi is the best Earth Bender at the moment, but her damage doesn’t quite achieve Bumi or Azula levels. |
Uncle Iroh | Fire | Legendary | A solid defensive unit for those challenging missions when you need one. |
B Tier
B tier units are great during the early game – particularly when you don’t have that many Legendary units. We recommend swapping them out as soon as you can though.
Character | Element | Rarity | Details |
---|---|---|---|
Asami Sato | Fire | Epic | One of the best damage dealers in the Epic class, but she’s quickly outclassed by any Legendary. |
Borte | Air | Epic | Aang and Bumi make this unit pretty pointless. |
Sokka | Water | Epic | Sokka is a decent unit to bring along to early challenging stages, as they can buff and support in a variety of ways. Just bear in mind that you will lose DPS. |
Suki | Earth | Epic | Suki is the Earth version of Sokka, with decent buffing potential and solid defence. A great early game unit. |
Toph | Earth | Epic | Toph is unexceptional. Fair damage and defence, but worth swapping out when you get Kyoshi if you insist on having an Earth Bender. |
Zuko | Fire | Epic | Zuko is a great unit to use during the arly game, as their damage is pretty decent. Once you have Azula, he becomes worthless though. |
C Tier
Our C tier pretty much represents the worst of the Epic tiers. Again, use them during the early phases ahead of any Rares you have, but swap them out when you get a better Epic or a Legendary.
Character | Element | Rarity | Details |
---|---|---|---|
Katara | Water | Epic | If you need a Water Bender during the very beginning of the game, Katara can fill the role temporarily. |
Tenzin | Air | Epic | Tenzin’s DPS is behind Borte’s in the Epic category, so we just can’t recommend using them right now. |
Teo | Earth | Epic | Similarly to Tenzin, Teo is just not as good as Suki or Toph. |
D Tier
The worst units in the game that don’t scale very well at all. Use them only if you have zero other options.
Character | Element | Rarity | Details |
---|---|---|---|
Kuei | Earth | Rare | Rare heroes don’t scale well as the game progresses, so we can’t recommend using them. |
Meelo | Air | Rare | The worst Air Bender in the game. |
Piandao | Fire | Rare | Damage isn’t very impressive. |
Yue | Water | Rare | There are much better options. |
