Riot has announced that it’s hosting a new EMEA creator challenge that will take place on LoL‘s new ARAM map, Bridge of Progress.
It kicks off on November 13 and will last for two weeks. During this time, over 200 creators will fight for Piltover or Zaun, earning Hextech and Masterwork Chests that they can give away to their communities.
The challenge goes by the name #BattleofTwoCities and will feature its own leaderboards, allowing you to follow the performance of the best creators.
How it Works
Creators have to choose a champion aligned with either of the cities Piltover or Zaun and then play ARAM matches to earn points.
As they gather points, they earn Hextech and Masterwork Chests that they will give away to their communities. That could mean you!
At the end of the challenge, the top five creators in terms of points get even more rewards.
Eligible Heroes
While every hero is eligible to compete, you gain extra score by choosing a Zaun or Piltover champion. Here are the compatible heroes, as well as which city they pledge allegiance to.

Scoring
Here’s how the scoring works:

| Win a game using a Zaun or Piltover champion | 1 |
| Win a game | 3 |
| Win a game with over 40 takedowns | 3 |
| Win a game with a KDA over 5.0 | 3 |
Faction Rewards
Okay, don’t panic: individual creators don’t need to earn that many points to unlock those rewards. That’s the total combined points required for all creators that align to a specific faction.
In other words, all content creators aligned with Zaun need to earn a combined 12,000 points to unlock the first reward threshold.
Then, all creators that are aligned with that faction get the rewards listed.

Creator Rewards
Placing in the top five places on the leaderboard reward creators with these rewards:

Additional Objectives
Riot Games is also rewarding creators who participate in additional objectives, broken down as so:

| The Hope of Zaun | Highest percentage win ratio when representing Zaun. 10 game minimum. |
| Kill Streak Champion | Highest point score based on Triple (1 point), Quadra (2 points), and Pentakills (3 points). |
| ARAM Specialist | Highest number of ARAM games won with different champions. Max: 168. |
| Secret | Only Riot knows. |
| Daily | Changes daily at 04:00 UTC. |
