Pinata is the latest new toon in Dandy’s World. She is a member of Looey’s Circus and looks a lot like a walking version of her namesake. If you whacked her with a stick, she might break and release candy.

How to Get Pinata in Dandy’s World

The exact method of unlocking the new toon isn’t exactly clear just yet, but developer Qwel over on Discord has provided a few clues.
