Curious about what’s the size of the Dune Awakening servers? The server size basically determines how you explore and interact with the huge desert of Arrakis.
Dune Awakening uses a multi-zone server system where up to 40 players can play together in starting zones like Hagga Basin, 100 players can interact in social hubs like Arrakeen and Harko Village, and 300–500 players can participate in large-scale PvP in the Deep Desert.
Here’s a quick look at how the Dune Awakening servers are organized and how many players can play simultaneously.
What Is The Server Size of Dune Awakening?

The game divides Arrakis into several zones, and every zone has a set number of players it can hold.
Hagga Basin – Starter Zone (40 Players)
The first part of your journey is in the Hagga Basin, where you have to focus on building bases and finding resources.
Social Hubs – Arrakeen and Harko Village (100 Players)
Hagga Basin servers allow 40 players to play together at a time, but the number of active users can be much higher because players log in and out every day.
This way, the neighborhood is always active, but your computer doesn’t get overloaded, allowing you to make friends or enemies with the people around you.

Deep Desert – Large-Scale PvP Zone (300–500 Players)
In Arrakeen and Harko Village, up to 100 players from the same World (a group of 20+ Hagga Basin servers) can meet and interact. You can do a lot in these zones, such as trading, picking up missions, or just hanging out with others.
The main fighting takes place in the Deep Desert, a huge PvP area made from nine servers, able to hold up to 300–500 players at once, with each area limited to around 100 players.
It makes it possible to fight in epic spice wars and explore the world without experiencing lag.
Keep in mind that you can’t play without the internet, but you can still play alone in PvE zones. Although some people think 40 in Hagga Basin is too small, being able to visit other servers and join big Deep Desert battles makes the game feel huge.
