Which Etheria Restart Characters Are Best?
We consider the following characters to be the best in Etheria Restart:
- Lian
- Rahu
- Sania
- Xiada
Let’s take a look at each of them in closer detail:
Lian
Lian is, by a wide margin, our favourite DPS unit in Etheria Restart. She feels borderline OP.
Her basic attack self heals for 40% of her considerable damage, which basically keeps her alive. This is especially true when paired with a reliable buffer, as her damage goes up by 10% with each buff.
She then has two AoE attacks that will chip away at your enemy team’s HP. Blazing Wings will knock chunks out of them each time you use it, while Empyreal Scorch is utterly devastating.
You also have a chance to steal 30% of a target’s action bar, which can help you keep that powerful AoE attack coming.
Skill | Description |
Inferno Blade | Lian ignites the sword for a series of strikes, dealing 3 hits of 90% damage to a single enemy and recovering HP equal to 40% of the damage dealt. Inferno Blaze: For each buff on Lian, increases her damage result by 10%, up to 5 stacks. |
Blazing Wings | Lian summons several small phoenixes, dealing 4 hits of 160% damage to a random enemy. For each buff on Lian, summons an additional phoenix (up to 3). When hitting the same target, reduces the damage by 20%, up to 3 times. |
Empyreal Scorch | Lian creates flames in the shape of a phoenix, dealing 300% damage to all enemies with an 80% chance to steal 30% action bar from the target. |
Rahu
Rahu is also ridiculously OP, and easily the best tank in the entire game.
What’s most outrageous about Rahu is that he’s not even a particularly bad DPS unit. That’s thanks to his ability to scale his damage off his DEF (stack DEF as high as it will go with this unit).
You gain Wrath passively, keeping enemies attacking you and not your squishy allies, and can buff your ally’s defence. You can also unleash a powerful AoE attack against your opponents.
Skill | Description |
Flame Stream | Rahu swings his pipe and shoots a giant fireball that deals damage equal to 320% of his own DEF to a single enemy. 50% chance to apply DEF-1 for a turn. |
Wrathful Form | Rahu continuously accumulates Wrath power during battle. At the start, he gains 3 stacks of Wrath. During battle, each time other Animus allies take 4 actions, gain an additional stack of Wrath. When Animus allies don’t use ATK skills during their turn, gain a 60% chance to get a stack of Wrath. |
Flame Authority | Rahu summons a flame-wreathed Flame Demon who applies DEF +2 for two turns to all allies and gains 3 stacks of Wrath. Deal damage equal to 360% of his own DEF to all enemies. |
Sania
On paper, Sania doesn’t look super impressive. She’s not the best healer, which is her primary role.
But, her basic attack provides her with 25% action bar, helping her pop off her powerful abilities more often. That includes the ability to revive – the only unit in the game that can do so.
She also passively heals two allies with a pretty powerful heal every turn. Ultimately, you might not be super impressed with Sania when she’s on your team, but you will feel her loss if you drop her.
Skill | Description |
Forest Whispers | Sania summons vines to attack a single target, dealing 240% damage and gaining 25% action bar. |
Sprouting (Passive) | At the end of the turn, Sania draws power from nature, healing the two allies with the lowest HP percentage by 16% of her max HP and dispelling a debuff. Healing effect increases by 0.8% for every 1% HP she loses. |
All-Powerful | Sania recovers 20% Max HP for a single ally and grants a stack of All-Powerful Protection. You can revive a fallen target by adding an additional turn of cooldown. |
