Wondering how to complete the Blue Moon Event in Roblox Fisch? Thankfully, we’ve got you covered with this step by step guide.

It’s a brand new event which basically added two new bestiaries containing a variety of new fish. However, the game doesn’t mention its exact location which is why many players are having a hard time finding it.

That said, here’s a full guide on how to complete the Blue Moon event in Roblox Fisch.

How To Spawn the Blue Moon Event in Fisch

The Blue Moon event only happens during the winter season and only at nighttime. When the event is active, your entire screen is tinted in blue. In the second sea, the event is found near a door that is clearly visible.

The door is located behind a ship on a ledge. At this location, you will also find a Blue Moon totem that costs 500,000. Once inside the area, the game unlocks a new permanent location meant for Blue Moon activities.

Blue Moon Location in Second Sea and Bestiary

The Blue Moon event happens at Lush Grove island which is located in the Second Sea.

Inside the Blue Moon area in the second sea, you have access to several new fish. These include the following:

  • Moon Veil Killifish with preferred bait of emberries
  • Glome Fin Gar with preferred bait of gale grub
  • Lurking Crescent Pike with preferred bait of lagoon leech
  • Moon Ridge Catfish with preferred bait of mist worms
  • Crescent Mad Tom with preferred bait of lushrooms
  • Bog Lantern Goi with preferred bait of crystal bananas
  • For the mythical fish, you have the Tarnished Moongill with sapphire krill as the preferred bait

There is also a secret catch called the Moon Idol in Sea 2. It is described as a moon-shaped stone with an unmatched spirit. The chance to catch this secret item is very low. When caught, it gives a half moon effect above your character along with a cool blue particle effect.

In addition, it adds 50 percent more XP from fish catches, a 10 percent extra chance to double the weight of your fish, and a 5 percent chance to receive the moonissed mutation that slightly boosts your cell value. This bonus lasts 24 hours and transfers between seas.

However, once nighttime ends, you are kicked out of the Blue Moon area.

Blue Moon Location in First Sea and Bestiary

In the first sea, the Blue Moon event takes place in an area called Snow Cap. To begin the event in this area, change the sundial to nighttime. Once you are in Snow Cap, climb to the second level where you will find a door tucked away in a corner.

Jump down through that door, and you will unlock the Blue Moon event for the first sea. In this area, you will see eight new fish. Although a few of these fish are common, such as the pale ghost lumpfish, there are some rarer types as well.

The more exciting fish in this zone are the legendary ones like truffleworm, shark head, and lunar monkfish. In addition, there is a secret Blue Moon fish called the Moon Idol Sea 1. This secret catch works the same way as the one found in the second sea.

Keep in mind that because of the double XP weekend, a lot of players are expected to spend time catching these fish.
