The only way to unlock the Carrot Rod is by purchasing it from the Carrot Garden in Lushgrove for 75,000E$.
You can get to the Carrot Garden through a hidden tree entrance on the north side of Lushgrove (GPS: 1310, 130, -945).
But first, you’ll need to grab a note that’s stuck to a tree on the southwest side of the island (GPS: 1505, 165, -665). Once you have it, go talk to Carrot Bany to unlock the way in.
Just jump into the tree, and you’ll be teleported straight to the Carrot Garden. There, you can catch some cool, unique fish you won’t find anywhere else. Oh, and don’t forget to check out the Carrot Rod that you can buy there for 75,000E$.
