How To Complete Fisch Golden Tide Event
Golden Tide is a special event inspired by a rare golden ocean wave that only happens once every 100 years. It runs from January 11 to January 18, 2025. Players could take part in an event quest to earn exclusive rewards, explore special Golden Tide Pools, and encounter unique event-themed creatures.
Finishing the quest
The main highlight of the Golden Tide Event is the Golden Tide Quest, which you can start by speaking the Dr Glimmerfin NPC appeared at the southern end of Moosewood Beach. The NPC requests the player find four types of Algae from Algae Pool Events.

When the player gives all four types of algae back to Dr. Glimmerfin, they get to watch a cutscene where Dr. Glimmerfin’s boat shoots a powerful beam that destroys a huge obstacle.

Also, the NPC rewards you with the following items:
- Glimmerfin’s Pupil Title: Obtained by returning Ancient Algae
- Glimmer Bobber: Obtained by returning Forsaken Algae
- Dr. Glimmerfin’s Boat Boat: Obtained by returning Mushgrove Algae
- Firework Rod Fishing Rod: Obtained by returning Snowcap Algae
Completing the Golden Tide Pools Bestiary
During the event, Golden Tide Pools appear around the Ocean and contain limited Golden Tide event fish.
