Wondering how to obtain and use drill in Fisch? It’s an important tool that is required to complete the Mariana’s Veil update. However, the game doesn’t mention how to obtain it, which is why we’ll walk you through the complete instructions to get and use drill in Fisch.
Fisch Drill Guide
To get drill in Fisch, you must speak with the Dr Glimmerfin NPC who is located at the Submarine Depot at Roslit Bay. His exact coordinates are (-1320, 130, 300). Once you speak with the Dr Glimmerfin NPC, he will automatically give you the drill in your inventory.
You can now use this drill to collect the following submarine parts:
- Submarine Top
- Windows
- Side Fins
- Metal Panels
- Back Fins
After getting the drill from the NPC, find the obsidian rocks which can be found right next to the NPC location. You must drill the obsidian rocks and there’s a 5% chance that you’ll obtain one of the random submarine parts.
Keep in mind that obsidian rocks respawn after a few minutes once you drill them. So there’s no shortage of rocks. If you’re having trouble finding enough obsidian rocks, try switching servers to find fresh ones. If you have a team, you can split up and drill more rocks, then trade parts later.
You must keep drilling until you obtain all five. Once you have the all five submarine parts mentioned above, head to the Dr Glimmerfin location where you’ll also find a blueprint of the submarine (a transparent floating in the air).
At this point, you must equip all the parts one by one and place them at their respective locations. Finally, you have successfully build the submarine in Fisch.
As mentioned earlier, you can now use this submarine to access the Mariana’s Veil area.
