The only way to obtain coal bait in the game is by opening the volcanic geode crates. Each crate has a chance of giving you 0.6 coal on average. To get this crate, you must fish in Roslit Bay volcano under the following conditions:

- Time: Night
- Weather: Any
- Season: Spring, Summer, Autumn
- Resulting Chance: 9.5%

Coal Bait Effect
