The Ancient Orca is a brand new Secret fish in Fisch. It was introduced during the orcas update in early February, and is a rare fish to catch as it relies on luck. That includes both the in-game statistic, and real life luck. You can only catch the Ancient Orca during an orca migration event that has turned into an ‘Albine (Ancient) Orca migration event’.
How to Catch Ancient Orca in Fisch
You can use any rod to catch the Ancient Orca, but we recommend using a rod with the highest luck score you currently have available.
That’s because the Ancient Orca is a Secret rarity fish in Fisch, which favours luck when catching them. In fact, you only have a 0.5% or 1/200 chance of catching the Ancient Orca at base level, so you need to do all you can to boost your luck.
We also recommend using Merlin’s Luck boost, Weird Algae as bait, and using the Aurora Totem. Basically, use any luck boosting items you have to increase your chances.

How the Albine (Ancient) Orcas Migration Event Works
The regular orca migration event takes place once per hour on your server, and provides you with a chance to catch five orcas that are in abundance while the event is active.
Each orca migration has a 5% chance to turn into an Albine (Ancient) Orcas Migration, which provides you with five Ancient Orcas to catch while the event is active.
There is no method to guarantee that the event will be an Ancient Orcas variant, so you’re going to have to rely on good old fashioned grinding to wait until it turns up.
The event is located at the following coordinates: 1100, 133, -1200, so head on over there to participate.
