Where To Find Oscar’s Locker in Fisch (Location)
You will find Oscar’s locker at the very end of an underwater cave nearby The Cursed Shores in Second Sea.
To get there, enter a submarine and travel to the water exit at the north end of The Cursed Shores (GPS: -435, -40, 1665). The path is sort of like the tunnel in Mariana’s Veil but it ends in this huge treasure-filled room.
Big thing to note here: you need the amulet to live through the main chamber. If you don’t have it equipped, a decay bar comes up, and yeah… you’re dead in 2 seconds.
Also, there’s a small room to the southeast containing the Great Rod of Oscar, and it won’t even open unless you have the amulet on.
How To Open Oscar’s Locker in Fisch (Amulet)
To access Oscar’s locker, you’ll need Amulet. It’s a special item that basically helps you to survive the poisonous gas in the Oscar’s Locker.
To get Amulet, begin from Moosewood and head to the Grand Reef in the Second Sea. You will need a boat to reach it, so make sure that it is in good working order for the trip.
As soon as you get to the Grand Reef, keep an eye out for a sunken ship or possibly a nearby island which is somewhere around that spot is where you will find the amulet.
As you approach, there should be a prompt that allows you to pick it up (“Take the Amulet”). Once you have it, go to Terapin Island.
There you should find an NPC called Dead Man Joe. Before speaking with him, ensure that the amulet is equipped. When you give it to him, you will receive a message, confirming that the amulet now prevents decay.
