On the lookout for the Fisch Rod of Time stats? The Fisch Crypt update marks the addition of a new rod called Rod of Time. However, you can’t directly purchase the rod from the merchant, nor can you unlock it by completing any quest.
Below, we’ll give you a detailed overview of the Rod of Time stats and how to obtain it in the Fisch.
How To Unlock Rod of Time in Fisch
To get Rod of Time, you must farm the following materials from the AFK area in Fisch:
- Timeless Threading
- 1,000-Year-Old Wood
- Eternal Glass
- Sand of Time
- Mythical Essence
The AFK Area is located right next to the Moosewood island. To access it, all you have to do is reach the mini island enter via the dark door. The AFK Area island looks like a mining site with an NPC inside it who will reward you with various items.

As the name suggests, all you have to do is stay idle or AFK when you’re in the AFK area. The rewards will be automatically added to your inventory after every 50 seconds.
In fact, every 15 minutes, you gain luck which helps you find rare materials. You can also increase your luck by:
- Inviting friends which gives a Friend Boost
- Having Roblox Premium which adds a bonus
- Staying AFK for a long time which keeps building up luck
Luck maxes out at around 100-200% which means you can get rare materials like Eternal Glass and Eternal Fuel. Sometimes, you get nothing. There’s no Robux option to boost luck.
Once you get all five items, simply place them outside the AFK area and you’ll receive Rod of Time in your inventory.
Rod of Time Stats and Is It Worth the Unlock?
Rod of Time is a beginner’s rod with the following stats:
- Lure Speed: 20%
- Luck: 25%
- Control: 0.05
- Resilience: 20%
- Max Kg: 2500kg
Given its terrible stats and the long hours required in the AFK area, the Rod of Time isn’t worth the effort and should be skipped entirely.
