Saiyo Natsuki
Talking to her will turn you into a CCG. She also tells you your Reputation and Rank Up status.
Investigator Asahi
Gives the Stalking Quest, which involves stalking a random Ghoul Player.
Faye Sasaki
She gives you a Suitcase. You must be a Rated 1 Investigator, and it costs 2500 Yen. You must find a ghoul and absorb it for a free Quinque.

The most important NPC for Ghouls to check their Rank Requirements. Lists everything needed, including PD EXP and ETC.
Amaya Sasaki
The cafe girl; talking to her gives you coffee to regen HP. Commonly used when hunger is low.

To find her, press P and look for “Fast Travel.” Paying her 500 allows you to quick travel to a location.

The NPC to talk to for checking RC Cells. Ghouls mainly need to check this to see how close they are to getting V2.
Merchant
Talk to him to sell items in your inventory for Yen. He resides at the Park.

Description
Noro
Noro is a Boss that spawns somewhere on the map. You gain a bunch of rank-up requirements if you deal enough damage to him. Noro has a unique attack that summons projectiles from below, so be sure to parry or dodge it. He drops Equipment and Fragments.
Ken Kaneki
Kaneki is a Boss that spawns somewhere on the map. You gain a bunch of rank-up requirements if you deal enough damage to him. He may also drop a One Eyed Fragment and Equipment.
Touka
Touka is a Boss that spawns somewhere on the map. You gain a bunch of rank-up requirements if you deal enough damage to her. Her unique attacks are different from a regular Wing, as she shoots out a LOT of projectiles. She drops Equipment and Fragments.
Rize
Rize is a Boss that spawns somewhere on the map. You gain a bunch of rank-up requirements if you deal enough damage to her. She drops Equipment and Fragments.
CCG NPC
CCG NPCs are uncommon to find. They use all the same abilities as regular CCG weapons and drop better rewards than humans.
Special Investigator NPCs
These NPCs are the same as regular CCG NPCs. They are uncommon to find, but the difference is that they are more advanced and drop better rewards.
Ghoul NPCs
Ghoul NPCs are pretty common to find. They are most known for running at you out of nowhere. They use the same regular Kagune abilities and drop better rewards.
V2 Ghoul NPC
V2 Ghouls are a bit stronger than regular Ghoul NPCs. They use all the same V2 abilities and drop better rewards.
Ghouls Vs CCG Groups
These NPCs have a chance to spawn next to you as you roam around the map. Depending on your race, you must help either side or kill them all.
