The Beanstalk event didn’t just add new seeds to Grow a Garden. It also brought in something the game really needed: achievements. Up until now, the game was mostly about planting, harvesting, and saving up Sheckles for seeds. Fun, sure, but a little repetitive. With achievements, though, there’s finally a proper progression system that rewards you for doing the things you’re already doing in your garden.

When you’re planting simple carrots or rare beanstalks, every achievement you complete moves you closer to rewards like Cooking Kit cosmetics, Silver seed packs, and even the Statue of Achievement. Let’s break down how achievements work and what you can get from each tier.

How Achievements Work

Achievements can be found inside the new Garden Guide. Just open it up, click the Achievements tab on the left, and you’ll see a full list of everything you’ve already completed and what’s still left to do.

You don’t need to visit a shop or special NPC to use this feature—it’s built right into the interface. As you complete achievements, you can claim your rewards directly from the guide.

Achievement Examples

Each tier asks you to do tasks tied to gardening, cooking, or taking care of pets. At first, they’re pretty easy. For example, the Common achievements include:

  • Shovel 100 plants
  • Harvest 500 carrots
  • Gift 1 carrot
  • Sell 500 strawberries
  • Gift 5 strawberries

As you move up, the requirements get tougher. Uncommon achievements ask you to harvest 1000 blueberries, use 30 blueberries in cooking, and even harvest 250 mutated crops. By the time you hit Prismatic, you’ll be planting Ember Lilies, cooking Beanstalks, and harvesting rare plants like Elder Strawberries.

Why Achievements Matter

At first glance, achievements might just look like extra chores, but they really change how the game feels. Instead of just farming endlessly for profit, you now have clear goals and a reason to experiment with plants you might otherwise ignore.

Plus, the rewards actually matter. The Cooking Kit opens up new crafting recipes, Silver seed packs give you better crops, and the Statue of Achievement is the perfect flex for your garden.
