Grow a Garden Fairy Event: How To Earn Points and Rewards

The Grow a Garden Fairy Event started on August 30, 2025. It brings a magical, fairy-themed system with new mechanics like Glimmering Mutations and Fairy Points. The event lasts about a week, but it could be extended to two weeks with extra content.

This guide explains how the event works, how to earn Fairy Points, and what rewards you can get in Grow a Garden.

How the Fairy Event Works in Grow a Garden

  • Fairy spawns: Every hour, fairies appear in your garden. At first, only one fairy shows up, and it stays for 10 minutes. With upgrades, you can increase both time and number of fairies (up to 10).
  • Target plants: At the start, fairies can only affect Common plants, but upgrades let them work on rarer plants.
  • Glimmering fruits: Fairies randomly apply a Glimmering Mutation to plants, producing special fruits like:
    • Glimmering Blueberry
    • Glimmering Orange Tulip
    • Glimmering Carrot

You’ll need these fruits to progress through five stages of quests by submitting them to the Wishing Well.

How to Earn Fairy Points in Grow a Garden

Main Method: The Wishing Well

  1. Wait for the fairies to spawn.
  2. Collect the three glimmering fruits required for your current quest.
  3. Submit them to the Wishing Well to make a wish.
  4. Choose Fairy Points if they appear in the reward options.
    • If Fairy Points aren’t available, you can reroll for 10 Robux.

Other Ways to Earn

  • Submit glimmering fruits directly to the fairy NPC.
  • Finish quest stages for completion rewards.
  • Use the Glimmering Sprite pet (Mythical rarity) that adds mutations every 12 minutes.

How to Get More Glimmering Fruits in Grow a Garden

Boosts and tools can help you produce more glimmering plants:

  • Glimmering Sprite pet – applies mutations automatically.
  • Glimmering Spray – gear item for manual mutation.
  • Special weather events – increase mutation chances.
  • Fairy Targeter – staff item that tells fairies which plants to target.

Spending Fairy Points

Fairy Points are the main event currency. You’ll use them to upgrade fairy systems:

  1. Fairy Quality Upgrades (500 Fairy Points to start)
    • Lets fairies target rarer plants.
    • Progression: Common → Uncommon → Rare → Legendary → Mythical → Divine → Prismatic → Transcendent.
  2. Fairy Event Duration (2,500 Fairy Points to start)
    • Increases how long each fairy visit lasts.
    • More time means more glimmering fruits.
  3. Fairy Spawn Amount (2,500 Fairy Points to start)
    • Increases the number of fairies per hour.
    • More fairies = more mutations.

Best upgrade order:

  1. Upgrade Fairy Quality first (to reach rarer fruits).
  2. Increase Fairy Spawn Amount next.
  3. Extend Fairy Event Duration last.

Event Rewards

The Wishing Well gives three random rewards each time. Confirmed reward options include:

  • Fairy Points
  • Sparkle Crate or Sparkle Seed Pack
  • Enchanted Egg or Enchanted Crate
  • Glimmering Radar (auto-collects glimmering fruits)
  • Fairy Targeter
