Grow a Garden: How To Get Summer Harvest Event Rewards

A massive new event to help you obtain free rewards!

The Summer Harvest event is now live in Grow a Garden, bringing exciting changes to the game. Along with major plant updates, this new seasonal event replaces the Spring content and introduces new seeds, gear, and a special reward system.

What Is the Summer Harvest Event in Grow a Garden?

The Summer Harvest is a limited-time event that takes place at the center of the map in Grow a Garden. You’ll see a new cart with a sign that says “Summer Harvest Has Arrived”, along with an NPC named Georgia standing beside it.

This event is not solo — it is a server-wide community event. That means all players on your server will work together to collect and submit summer fruits to earn shared rewards.

A countdown timer appears above the cart. When the timer hits zero, the event begins and runs for 10 minutes. During this time, players can submit fruits grown from summer seeds to earn points.

How To Join and Participate in the Event

Here’s a step-by-step guide to play the Summer Harvest event:

  1. Buy summer seeds from the seed shop or get them from the summer seed pack.
  2. Plant the seeds and wait for them to grow into fruits.
  3. Once the plants are ready, harvest the fruits.
  4. When the event begins, go to the cart at the center of the map.
  5. Submit your summer fruits by pressing the E key on PC or tapping the submit button on mobile.

You’ll know the event is active when the cart allows you to submit fruits. Keep in mind, you can only submit fruits during the 10-minute event window.

Even if you only submit one fruit, you will still receive rewards based on the server’s total contribution. However, if you don’t submit anything, you won’t get any rewards even if other players participate.

How Points Are Earned in the Summer Harvest

Each fruit you submit adds points to the server’s total, depending on its rarity:

  • Common fruit: 1 point
  • Uncommon fruit: 2 points
  • Rare fruit: 3 points
  • Legendary fruit: 4 points
  • Mythical fruit: 5 points
  • Divine fruit: 6 points

The more rare your fruits are, the more points they give. All players on the server contribute to the same total.

Reward Tiers and Point Categories

The total points earned during the event determine what tier your server reaches. Higher tiers give better rewards.

Here are the reward tiers:

  • Common Tier: 10 to 2,000 points
  • Uncommon Tier: 2,001 to 4,000 points
  • Rare Tier: 4,001 to 6,000 points
  • Legendary Tier: 6,001 to 8,000 points
  • Mythical Tier: 8,001 to 10,000 points
  • Divine Tier: 10,001 to 12,000 points
  • Prismatic Tier: 12,001 points and above

Your server’s total point score at the end of the 10-minute timer determines which reward tier you reach.

All Possible Rewards from the Summer Harvest Event

After the event ends, the game gives each participating player a random reward based on the server’s total points. These rewards include items from the new Summer update as well as some returning gear and seeds.
