How to Unlock Your Shikai in Hollow Era
Only Shinigami (Soul Reapers) can use Shikai, and we recommend checking out our full Hollow Era Shinigami (Soul Reaper) guide to learn how to become one of those.
Once you’re a Shinigami, and you’ve hit level 15, you can take on a quest that Urihiro provides that gives you the quest ‘Shikai Training’. Complete this by defeating the boss ‘Urahara’ to unlock your Shikai.
How to Change Shikai in Hollow Era
To change your Shikai, visit the Urahara Shop and spend cash to reroll it to another at random. You can see the roll chance for each Shikai above.
