Jujutsu Infinite is filled to the brim with plenty of items that you must collect in order to get various advantages in the game. Well, one such item is called Domain Shards and it’s primarily used to unlock Domain Expansion.
At this point, you might have guessed that getting domain shards in Jujutsu Infinite is no easy task and the worst part is that its obtainment method isn’t mentioned anywhere in the game. Therefore, we’ve put together this simple guide for your convenience.
How To Get Domain Shards in Jujutsu Infinite (Every Possible Method)
If you go into your inventory, you’ll see that in order to unlock your domain expansion, you need a domain shard. But what exactly is a domain shard? It’s a mythical, special-grade item that has a 0.1% chance of dropping from chests. You can get this in two ways: through the curse market or as a drop from a chest.
For example, items like the Energy Nature Scroll, which is just as rare as the Domain Shard and the Maximum Scroll (used for the Maximum Technique), drop from Airm chests and they also have a 0.1% chance of dropping. If you’re not lucky enough to get one, we recommend using the Curse Market to trade for it.
You can trade various items for a Domain Shard, but the most common item you’ll need is the “Suo Fingers,” which are the demon fingers. You can find them in chests or during investigations. There’s also a 2% chance of getting them from certain bosses like the Sorcerer Killer and Suo.
If you don’t want to fight bosses or do investigations, just keep playing the game and completing missions. By doing this, you’ll have a chance to get either the Domain Shard or Suo Fingers. Sadly, this is the only way to get a Domain Shard at the moment, but if an easier way comes out, we’ll update that in this article.
When you’re doing missions, be sure to use any luck-boosting items you have, like Luck Files or different Cat items, before opening the chests. These items can help you get better drops, like special-grade items. You can see how much your luck is boosted in the top-right corner of the screen. For example, if you boost your luck to 1.1x, your chances of getting rare items, like Domain Shards, go up.
Another way to get the domain shard is through investigations. They have a higher chance of dropping Suo Fingers, and while we don’t think they drop Domain Shards directly, it’s worth doing because you can collect more Suo Fingers. To buy a domain shard from the Curse Market, you’ll need about 50 Suo Fingers.
How To Use Domain Shards in Jujutsu Infinite
Once you’ve got your domain shard, you can use it directly from your inventory. After you use it, a cool animation will play, and you’ll be able to choose which domain expansion you want to unlock based on your Curse Technique. Once unlocked, you can activate your Domain Expansion during combat by filling up your Domain Bar by dealing damage to enemies.
Domain expansions are powerful—they boost your damage and can give you an advantage in battles, so it’s definitely worth working towards. If you’ve seen the anime, you know how overpowered Domain Expansions can be.
