Marvel Rivals has announced that its next two characters, Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman, will arrive in the game on January 10. Heck yeah.
Mister Fantastic Offers a New Duelist Option
Mister Fantastic is a predominantly melee unit in Marvel Rivals that sits in the ‘Duelist’ camp. He features some fairly decent range thanks to his stretchy arms. Judging from the teaser trailer, he also seems to pack a bit of a punch.
There’s a great moment where he grabs two units at once and slams them into each other, causing decent damage. He also absorbs and throws back a ranged attack, demonstrating his versatility.
If enemies close in, he can expand his chest and fists to turn into a mini-Hulk, increasing his defence and short range damage.
It then all starts to go a little wild. He can pull enemies to himself, or drag himself towards them. His ultimate sees him leap into the air and smash down powerful AoE attacks on opponents.
Invisible Woman Does What it Says on the Tin
You can probably guess what you’re getting here, eh? Yes, Invisible Woman is a Strategist that can turn invisible, sneaking up on unsuspecting foes to destroy them before they can retaliate.
While she fights predominantly at range, she can push enemies that get too close back to remain in the fight. Then, she can slow them down so they can’t rush straight back to her, ending them before they can retaliate in brutal fashion.
She’s also a dab hand at helping her team. Her ultimate hides all nearby allies from enemies for a set time, allowing you to unleash your most powerful attacks without fear of retaliation.
When Do Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman Arrive in Marvel Rivals?
