Krafton has heard that fans of PUBG esports just can’t get enough of it. In response, the team has only gone and increased the Global Championship 2024 Grand Finals to three whole days.
That means the finale of PUBG’s finest yearly tournament will now take place between December 20 – 22, hosting a whopping 18 matches.
Krafton has also released an infographic detailing the new schedule, including the three circuit tournaments leading up to the Grand Finals.

The Smash Rule Mindset Won’t Feature
While Krafton wanted to introduce the Smash Rule ruleset during this year’s Grand Finals, the team has opted not to. Instead, we will see the usual S.U.P.E.R. Ruleset.
For those unaware, the Smash Rule meant that a team would not only have to hit a certain point threshold, but would also have to win a match to take the tournament.
That could have extended the tournament considerably, potentially making it difficult for teams to take the trophy.
When and Where Are the PGC 2024 Grand Finals?
The PUBG Global Championship 2024 Grand Finals will take place between December 20 – 22 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The participating teams will battle it out for a $1,500,000 cash prize.
