ESO is celebrating the return of autumn with a themed event: The Fallen Leaves of West Weald. Given that it takes place in the location of its most recent chapter, Gold Road, ESO is dropping the price by 50% for the duration of the event.

The Fallen Leaves of West Weald kicked off yesterday, September 26, and challenges you to seek out Ayleid relics and exchange them for rewards. This all plays out in a new daily quest, which you can grab from Gandrinar, outside of Skingrad Impresario’s tent.

What do I Have to do and What Can I Earn?

The quest tasks you with finding a collection of relics and returning them, at which point point you get your rewards. ESO is running a community event alongside it, which, when full, will provide all players with the following rewards:

  • Vineyard Voriplasm pet
  • Luminescing Varla Stone memento
  • Russet Brekka mount
  • Tree-Sap Legion arms pack
  • Nesting rewards box

All of those rewards are pictured above. You can also see how far the community has managed to progress by checking out the official event page.

Alongside this, there’s an Explorer’s Celebration event that rewards players for completing any quest within the new zone. It also works on a metre, which you can track on the above link, and will provide three days of XP, Gold, and resource harvesting for each 33% of the metre completed.

That buff will work throughout Tamriel, too, so you don’t have to feel locked in to the West Weald once the event ends on October 8.

What Else Does Fallen Leaves of West Weald Offer?

Even more rewards are on offer to those who play in the West Weald while the event is active. You get a ‘Sublime Fallen Leaves Coffer’ for your first daily zone quest per day, and can unlock the regular version of the coffer from a variety of activities. These include defeating monsters, harvesting resources, opening treasure chests, and almost any other activity you can name.

You will also find Event Tickets in your inventory, which you can redeem for the Molag Ball Illusion Imp pet or Anchorborn Welwa mount. You can also grab style pages for the Tree-Sap Legion style, Group Repair Kits, and Companion Guild Commendations.

Other rewards include the Unstable Morpholith pet, Deadlands Firewalker personality, Soulfire Dragon Illusion Imp pet, and Aurelic Quasigriff mount.

As you can probably tell from this point, there’s an absolute wealth of rewards on offer, so we recommend grabbing the Gold Road chapter while it’s on offer and getting stuck in. You can grab it cheap right now on Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox.
