Verse Piece Guide to Getting Passive Trait and Corrupted Tickets
Passive traits are extra boosts that make your character even better in battle. Each passive trait has its own chance of being successful, shown as a percentage. You can get these bonuses by using something called a corrupted ticket which is a rare and valuable item in the game.
Visit Karakura Town and Talk to the NPC
Start by heading to Karakura Town. Once you’re there, find the NPC who manages passive traits. This character allows you to upgrade your abilities which is why you have to make sure that you have corrupted tickets in your inventory.
How to Get a Corrupted Ticket
As mentioned earlier, you’ll need a corrupted ticket to try out a new passive. You can’t obtain them from the regular gameplay as they are dropped only by corrupted bosses. So, your ability to get a ticket depends on finding and defeating these bosses.
Where to Find Corrupted Bosses:
Location: The Lost Island is the main spot where corrupted bosses spawn.
Spawn Details: Corrupted bosses are rare and they usually appear during special 5-minute events. Keep in mind that the fight against corrupted boss is tough which is why we strongly recommend using S-Tier gear.
Rolling for a Passive Trait
Once you have one or more corrupted tickets, it’s time to roll for your passive trait. Each roll gives you a chance to unlock one of the available passive abilities. The game provides an image that shows all the passive traits along with the percentage chances for each.
