To get Sanguine Cloak and Oni Helmet in Blox Fruits, players need to use the Oni Gacha system, which is found inside the Oni Realm. Rolling in the Oni Gacha costs Oni Tokens, and each spin has a chance of giving rewards like the cloak or helmet. Because of their rarity, it usually takes multiple rolls to obtain them.
Once you have gathered tokens, you can visit the Red Gacha NPC inside the Oni Realm. Each roll costs 250 Oni Tokens, and you are limited to ten rolls every two hours.
The gacha offers many different rewards, including useful resources, fragments, and money, but the rarest and most desirable prizes are the Sanguine Cloak and Oni Helmet.
Sanguine Cloak Boost/Ability
Sanguine Cloak’s ability provides +15% Oni tokens, -5% melee damage taken, +5% melee/sword damage, and +500 health.

Method 1: Kill Oni Soldiers
- Defeat enemy NPCs (Oni Soldiers) in the Oni Realm
- Each enemy killed gives you 10 Oni Tokens
- NPCs spawn every 5 minutes
Method 2: Fishing with Corrupt Rod
- Get a Shark Rod and visit the Oni Fisherman
- Enchant your rod with “Corrupt” enhancement
- Fish in the Crimson Lake within the Oni Realm
- Exchange corrupted fish to the Corrupt Fisherman for 10 Oni Tokens each
- Look for whirlpools for guaranteed corrupted fish catches
Method 3: Defeat Red Commander Boss
- The Red Commander spawns every hour at XX:30 (12:30, 1:30, 2:30, etc.)
- Located inside the Oni Realm’s Castle
- Defeating him rewards 300 Oni Tokens
- The boss is Level 5000 and uses Sanguine Art moves
