It’s good timing, too, as Marvel Rivals has just unleashed its massive season 1 update, introducing new characters Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman, additional maps and modes, and much more. We’ll give you a round up shortly.

How to Play Marvel Rivals on GeForce Now

You can play Marvel Rivals on GeForce Now for free, and all you have to do is sign up for a membership. You can do so on the official site.

The free version does involve queueing to play, as well as limiting the power of the PC you can steam from. So, if you want the best visuals and performance, make sure to pay for a Performance or Ultimate membership.

What’s New in Marvel Rivals Season 1?

The headline feature is two new characters: Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman. Each of these gets a costime too, ‘The Maker’ for the former and ‘Malice’ for the latter.

There are a bunch of new maps to play on too, including the Convoy map: ‘Empire of Eternal Night’ and ‘Sanctum Sanctorum, which features a brand new mode, ‘Doom Match’.

A New Season Means a New Battle Pass

For those who are happy to pay, you can progress a brand new Battle Pass that features a wealth of new cosmetics to unlock.

There are also a series of new events, including ‘Midnight Features’ and a Twitch Drops event. Simply watch Twithch to grab yourself a bunch of rewards, peak of which is the ‘Will of Galacta’ costume for Hela.

If you like playing ranked, and you’re good, there’s a whole new ‘Celestial’ tier, which sits between Grandmaster and Eternity and provides you with three new divisions to fight through.
