Excitement is reaching fever pitch for Fortnite Chapter 6, and it totally makes sense given how busy the battle royale has been lately.

We’ve had the Fortnite Remix live event, which reshuffles older content into the mix for a healthy dose of nostalgia. Speaking of which, we also have Fortnite OG in December, returning the game to its original form.

Lastly, we had update 32.10, which was so big we had to break down everything new into two articles. Check out our Fortnite leaks round up if you’re a player, or our creator release notes if you like to make stuff.

Let’s take a look at everything we know about Fortnite Chapter 6 so far.

Fortnite Chapter 6 Release Date

Epic Games is yet to formally announce the release date for chapter 6, but leakers on Twitter are pointing towards December 1.

Juice WRLD Collab

This has been rumoured for some time, but Fortnite will seemingly include a collaboration with Juice WRLD in Chapter 6. We expect this to be primarily cosmetic, with at least one new skin.

In fact, one of our favourite leakers on X, FortniteFNLK, claims that the above skin will cost 1,500 V-Bucks. There is no mention of any other skins, either.

New Modes

Chapter 6 will seemingly include three new modes, one of which we’re already aware of: Fortnite OG.

Fortnite OG

Fortnite OG is to Fortnite as WoW Classic is to WoW. It turns the clock back to 2017, when Fortnite first introduced its battle royale mode.

You play through the first season of Fortnite as it happened, along with the OG cosmetics, rewards, and map. Presumably, we will then get the rest of the OG Fortnite seasons.

Given that Fortnite OG is going to be a permanent fixture, it will be interesting to see how it will develop. Will we see the OG seasons return on a bit of a loop?

5v5 Mode and LEGO Fortnite

These are a complete mystery at the moment. All we know is that an upcoming 5v5 mode will arrive in Fortnite with Chapter 6, so get your speculative hats on.

Over in LEGO Fortnite, a new mode that focuses on completing jobs will arrive. Perhaps it could tie into the Santa’s Workshop update that just arrived, which tasks you with creating toy orders to help see through Christmas.

This is speculative, but perhaps we could see this massively expanded with new modes that see you completing orders. Perhaps a LEGO cooking minigame?

Battle Royale Weapons

Fortnite Chapter 6 will introduce a series of new and returning Epic and Legendary weapons that drop as floor loot. What we like most about this new variety is that they’re a bit back-to-basics. It’s a gun that an actual soldier would use, not Captain America’s shield.

Here’s the full list:

  • Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle
  • Suppressed Sniper Rifle
  • Burst Assault Rifle
  • Heavy Assault Rifle
  • Rapid-Fire Submachine Gun
  • Tactical Assault Rifle
  • Tactical Submachine Gun
  • Suppressed Pistol
