Happy birthday, Genshin Impact! We can’t believe it’s been four whole years since you graced us with your presence, but it’s a pleasure to celebrate this milestone with you.
HoYoverse is hosting a web event in honour of the anniversary called ‘Teyvat’s Special Delivery’. You have to hit at least Adventure Rank 10 to participate, but there are a wide range of rewards, including Primogems, for those that do.
When Does Genshin Impact’s Teyvat’s Special Delivery Begin?
The event kicks off today, September 27, and will end on October 8. It sees you performing a range of different tasks to earn packages, which you then have to deliver to a specific resident. Yes, you’re the Genshin Impact equivalent of a delivery driver now.
The tasks are pretty simple, including simply logging in, claiming your commission rewards, watching YouTube trailers, or visiting a social media page.
Once you’ve unlocked a package, you have to deliver it. That’s not as easy as it sounds, as you have to figure out who it’s for based on limited information on the package slip.
What Rewards Can I Unlock?
Each area of Teyvat only has a single package to deliver though, so that might help you narrow it down. Successfully complete all of the deliveries, and you can earn these rewards:
- Primogems x 40 (a bit stingy)
- Delights of Wondrous Wanderings recipe
- Mystic Enhancement Ore x5
- Hero’s Wit x3
- Sanctifying Unction x3
- Candied Ajilenakh Nut x1
- Rainbow Macarons x1
- Sprayfeather Gill x3
- Mora x20,000
That recipe on the second bullet is brand spanking new, and only available from this event. So it’s worth completing for that, at least.
What Else is Happening in Genshin Impact?
In other Genshin Impact-related news, the latest Special Program kicks off today, known as ‘The Rainbow Destined to Burn’. It will introduce the latest content drop for the hit gacha when Version 5.1 drops, as well as provide redemption codes.
