Genshin Impact is hosting an in-game event known as Reminiscent Regimen, which rewards you with Primogems, Mora, and other materials if you beat it.
Alone or with a team of others, you have to battle your way through four challenge stages. The first three pit you against regular enemies, though the ‘Regimens’ system helps spice things up.

What Are Regimens?
Regimens throw a spanner in the works by negatively impacting you, or buffing enemies. They might make enemy’s health regenerate or cause you to lose Elemental Energy when you’re hit.
Fortunately, there is a counter: Reminiscent Reinforcements. These are the antithesis to Regimens, providing you with a bonus if you hit certain criteria. This might be encouraging you to use certain elemental attacks or reactions in exchange for a damage bonus.
You get two of these at random, but can select one from a list at the beginning of a stage to guarantee one you want.

What’s this Nemesis Buff?
Each time you beat a stage you gain a score, based on completing challenges and how difficult the Regimens are. Your score is tallied up between the three challenge stages and goes towards your ‘Nemesis Buff’ when you reach the final stage.
If you haven’t guessed it yet, this is the Nemesis stage, and pits you against a final boss. You can gain the following buffs based on your score though:
Nemesis Buff | Score |
ATK +50% | 20 |
Crit DMG +70% | 40 |
Elemental DMG +50% | 60 |
Complete all stages and you earn Thrilling Stars, which you can exchange for rewards including Primogems, Mora, and character advancement materials.
